PROJECT MANAGER

Should be a Graduate in Civil Engineering, with minimum 10 – 12 years’ experience with a major contractor in construction of Roads & Highways and associated civil works such as earth work, asphalt pavement works and all underground services, preferably in the UAE.
Will be responsible for overall management of resources, achieving progress targets, project cost and financial control, monitoring daily progress, project schedule and financial reporting etc.

Should be a Graduate in Civil Engineering, with minimum 10 – 12 years’ experience with a Contractor in construction of Bridges & Interchanges and associated civil works, preferably in the UAE.
Will be responsible for overall management of resources, achieving progress targets, project cost and financial control, monitoring daily progress, project schedule and financial reporting etc.

Minimum 12 – 15 years’ relevant GCC experience in construction of bridges, tunnels and associated civil works. Should be able to independently manage a construction site in liaison with Client, Consultant and Stakeholders.
Salary : AED 20 – 30 K (all incl.) + Benefits
A Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering is a mandatory requirement.

Minimum 12 – 15 years’ relevant GCC experience in construction of utilities such as potable water, irrigation, sewerage, drainage and shallow services (electrical & telecommunication network). Must be well versed with NOC procedures and requirements of various authorities.
